Elyce is a real estate professional specializing in tenant representation throughout the Washington D.C. region.

Experience

Elyce entered into the commercial real estate industry in 2012 as a junior broker, serving on a team at The Ezra Company where she played a valuable role in managing the leasing and acquisition process for her clients. Her expertise and specialization focuses on:

  1. Representing local organizations with various lease requirements (renewals, relocations, etc.)
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with diverse clientele through applying consultative and advisory services.

Market & Industry Focus

Elyce concentrates on providing creative real estate solutions to nonprofit and trade associations in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Education & Professional Affiliations

Elyce received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University with honors while she minored in Law and International Studies. She is active with both the Make a Wish Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation young professional committees, where her responsibilities include fundraising, event planning, and participating in walks and drives.

Personal

In her free time, Elyce enjoys hitting the beach and rooting for her favorite D.C. sports teams. She likes to visit new restaurants and try to replicate her favorite recipes at home, then work off the calories in spin class.
