Sam is a commercial office leasing professional specializing in tenant representation throughout the D.C. region.

Experience

Sam serves as an Assistant Vice President of WLS. Sam has extensive knowledge and expertise in evaluating real estate options, financial analysis, leasing new office space/restructuring existing leases, and disposition of liabilities. He has a built a reputation as a trusted real estate adviser by developing long-term relationships with his clients which allows him to help strengthen their mission through effective real estate decisions. Prior to joining WLS, Sam was also able to expand his ability to provide effective real estate resolutions for his clients as a former Associate Vice President of the Ezra Company's Washington, D.C. office.

Market & Industry Focus

Sam focuses on providing the highest level of tenant representation services to his clients in the non-profit, government contractor and professional service sectors throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Education & Professional Affiliations

Sam received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he was a member of both the lacrosse and tennis teams. Sam currently holds his real estate license in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Personal

Outside the office, Sam enjoys playing pickup sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
