Andrew is a commercial leasing and investment sales professional specializing in tenant representation throughout the Washington, D.C. region.


Since entering the real estate industry in 2009, Andrew has provided consultative services on over 1 Million square feet of real estate leasing and investment sales transactions.  Prior to joining the WLS team, Andrew worked as a transaction advisor at UGL Equis (currently known as Cushman and Wakefield). While at C&W, Andrew gained valuable experience in transacting all types of leasing requirements and managing the national real estate portfolio for a large corporation. Since joining WLS, he has broadened his skill set to include owner occupied consulting, which includes acquisitions, dispositions and redevelopment opportunities.

Market & Industry Focus

Andrew’s skill set of strategy planning and financial engineering/analysis to identify creative real estate solutions can be applied across all industries and markets. Recently, Andrew’s focus has been on leasing and owner occupied real estate transactions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Education & Professional Affiliations

Andrew received his Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Birmingham Southern College. Andrew is a Fire Fighter II with Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad in Montgomery County, MD. He is also a nationally certified fire fighter and emergency medical technician (EMT). Additionally, Andrew serves on multiple boards, including the Board of Directors for The Bethesda Fire Department as the past Treasurer and Board of Trustees as the Treasurer for Oneness Family School. He currently holds his real estate license in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.


Outside the office, you may see Andrew roaring by on an ambulance as the officer in charge. On a lighter note, you can also catch him on the baseball diamond calling the game from behind the plate.
