Greg is the Director of Project Management for West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, LLC (“WLS”), He specializes in leading project teams and executing relocation and construction projects and initiatives for clients in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
Greg is a seasoned construction and project management professional with extensive experience in all facets and types of construction in both private and public sector projects. During his 30 year tenure, Greg has diligently performed his responsibilities in leadership and management roles overseeing millions of square feet of commercial interiors, building renovations and building construction. He is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project within his charge. Greg leads and manages the flow of information from the client, design team, vendors, subcontractors and other team members. He sets the project and relocation objectives and takes the lead on all activities – directing the team to meet the objectives.
Prior to joining WLS, Greg served as the Project Executive at HITT Contracting where he was responsible for leading large project teams and managing projects from initial programming to final closeout. He is dedicated and attentive throughout each phase of the project and continuously pursues excellence in order to achieve the organizational goals of his clients.
Greg’s experience has provided him with the ability to take a project from conception to completion while balancing the relationships among the multiple parties involved in the process. Some of his notable projects include the NAIOP award winner for American Gaming Association, Edgeworth Economics, Tech Marine Business, Venn Strategies Group, building renovations at 637 Pennsylvania Ave., and Intelsat, a 192,000 square foot, 7 floor interior renovation with interconnecting stair and mission critical data center.
EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS, & COMMUNITY WORK
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Systems Engineering from George Mason University. Greg participates in youth sports as a coach and spends his free time enjoying time with his family.
